JATIMTIMES BeData Technology mengungkap respons publik digital yang cukup keras terhadap polemik penampilan istri Gubernur Kalimantan Timur, Syarifah Suraidah , yang sempat viral dan dijuluki netizen sebagai 'Noni Belanda'.
Dalam laporan analisis sentimen yang memantau percakapan di media sosial pada akhir Februari hingga awal Maret 2026, BeData menemukan bahwa mayoritas respons netizen bernada negatif.

"Isu penampilan istri Gubernur Kaltim disambut dengan penolakan yang cukup kuat oleh publik digital," tulis laporan BeData Technology yang dikutip, Minggu (12/4/2026).
BeData mencatat, platform TikTok menjadi ruang dengan respons paling keras. Sentimen negatif di TikTok mencapai 55,5 persen, lebih tinggi dibandingkan platform X yang berada di angka 52,2 persen.
Tak hanya dominan dari sisi persentase, lonjakan komentar bernada kritik juga terjadi secara cepat. Pada 28 Februari 2026, tercatat ada 342 komentar negatif dalam sehari, menandai puncak awal kemarahan netizen.
Sementara di X, percakapan berlangsung lebih panjang dengan pola bergelombang, dan mencapai puncaknya pada 1 Maret 2026.
Menurut BeData, perbedaan pola ini menunjukkan karakter masing-masing platform, TikTok lebih reaktif dan spontan, sementara X cenderung memelihara diskursus lebih lama.
Salah satu poin dari hasil riset ini adalah perubahan arah diskusi publik. BeData menilai polemik tersebut tidak lagi hanya membahas soal gaya busana, tetapi bergeser menjadi kritik terhadap persepsi gaya hidup mewah keluarga pejabat.

Dari sana, istilah tersebut menyebar dan menjadi salah satu kata kunci yang mendominasi percakapan. Sebagian komentar netizen bahkan menyinggung simbol kemewahan yang melekat pada keluarga pejabat.
Kondisi ini menunjukkan bagaimana simbol visual di era media sosial dapat dengan cepat membentuk persepsi publik.
